PriView Private Viewer (“PriView”) is provided by JMM TECH & SOFTWARE LLC.

Overview

 

PriView is designed to help you show only the photos and videos you choose when handing your device to someone else.

PriView is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not create user accounts, do not sell personal data, and do not use advertising or analytics SDKs to profile users.

Information We Collect

 

PriView does not collect personal information through the app.

In particular, PriView does not:

• require account creation

• upload your selected photos or videos to our servers

• use analytics or advertising tools to track your activity

• sell or share your personal information for marketing or profiling

Information Stored on Your Device

 

To provide its features, PriView may store certain data locally on your device, such as:

• app settings

• unlock-method preferences

• local Presets you create

• recent PriView sessions

• app-managed local media used for PriView functionality

This information is stored on your device and is not sent to us through the app.

Permissions

 

PriView may request access to the following device features:

Photos / Photo Library
Used so you can select photos and videos for PriView sessions and presets.

Notifications
Used only if you enable PriView notifications, such as alerts about an ongoing PriView session.

Face ID / Touch ID / Device Authentication
Used only if you choose a device-auth unlock method for ending a PriView session.

Granting these permissions is optional, but some PriView features depend on them.

Data Sharing

 

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through PriView because PriView is not designed to collect that information through the app in the first place.

Third-Party Services

 

PriView may rely on operating-system services and software libraries needed for app functionality, such as photo access, notifications, sharing, and device authentication. These are used to provide app features, not to build advertising profiles or track users for marketing.

Retention

 

Because PriView stores its working data locally on your device, you can remove PriView data by:

• deleting Presets or recents inside the app

• clearing app data by uninstalling the app

• removing PriView from your device

If you contact us directly by email, we may retain that correspondence as needed to respond to your request.

Children’s Privacy

 

PriView is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

 

PriView is designed so that your selected media, settings, and session data remain on your device as part of normal app operation. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but PriView is built to minimize unnecessary data handling.

Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
