Common Questions

1. How do I start a PriView from Photos? Open Photos, select one or more photos or videos, tap Share, then choose PriView.

2. How do I create a Preset? Open PriView, tap New Preset, choose the media you want, and save it with a name.

3. How do I end a PriView session? End a session using the unlock method selected in Settings, such as long press, PIN, or device authentication.

4. Why is device authentication unavailable? Device authentication requires a real device security method such as Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, or passcode to be set on the device.

5. Why am I seeing an ongoing PriView notification? If enabled, PriView can notify you when a session is still active and the app is left open in the background.

6. How to allow permissions if I denied the first time? If you can no longer grant PriView permission for notifications or Photos inside the app, you can do so by going to your phone's app settings and finding PriView.
